Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds for products purchased from the Kermodee online store.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the shipping label has not been issued.

Eligibility
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The exchange or refund will be processed only after the original item is received, inspected, and approved for eligibility.

Returns for Any Reason
We accept returns for any reason, including if you simply change your mind. This includes customer remorse returns such as incorrect size, color, or preference.
Please note: Shipping costs for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Incorrect Items and Return Shipping
We will refund the full product amount for defective or incorrect items, after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Shipping is free within Canada; no shipping charges are applicable or refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must download and print a shipping label using their preferred carrier.
If you opt for a replacement instead of a refund due to a defective or incorrect item, the new item will be shipped at no additional cost, once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Defective items will be replaced with the same style and size as ordered.
Incorrect items will be replaced with the correct item as per the original order.

Steps to Return or Exchange
1) Submit a Request
To request a return for any reason — including defects, incorrect items, or personal preference — you must submit a Return Request Form within 14 days of delivery.
Log in to your Kermodee account and navigate to the Order Page.
No exchange or refund will be processed without submitting this form.
2) Specify Exchange Details (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item, specify the exchange details on the Request Return
Form.
If no exchange details are provided, your order will be processed as a return, and if
eligible, a refund will be issued without an exchange.
A new order must be placed for a replacement item.
3) Package the Item Securely
Package the item securely in a standard waterproof mailer. Using a trackable shipping
service is recommended.
4) Ship Your Return
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The return package must be delivered within 30 days from the date of your order receipt to the following address:

This is our designated return address. It accepts deliveries from all major carriers.
Customers must print and attach a return shipping label provided by their preferred
carrier.
5) Processing Time
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds
A full refund is available for both defective/incorrect items and eligible customer remorse returns.
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will apply only to the returned item(s).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hours of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing schedule.
