Shipping Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of products
purchased from the Kermodee online store.

Shipping Within Canada
Standard shipping is free across Canada. Shipping is fulfilled via our trusted carriers and delivered in biodegradable poly mailers.

Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from the date of purchase. We operate Monday through Friday.
We are closed on Canada’s statutory holidays.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Within Canada:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–8 business days.

Within Calgary:
Delivery within 2 days after order placement.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free across Canada. No shipping fees apply at checkout.

Order Tracking
Within Canada:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier's website.

Within Calgary:
For Calgary deliveries, some orders will be handled by a carrier and include tracking, while others will be delivered directly by Kermodee. If your order is delivered by us, you will receive an email update when it is out for delivery and a confirmation once it has arrived.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must download and print a shipping label using their preferred carrier.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable for customer remorse returns.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund the full product amount after the item has been received, inspected, and approved.
If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, the new item will be shipped at no additional cost once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. We recommend shipping the return
package promptly to ensure it is delivered within 30 days of your order receipt to the following address:

This is our designated return address. It accepts deliveries from all major carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@kermodee.ca.
While Kermodee is not responsible for carrier-related issues, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery or request pickup.
If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
